Luda Kuropyatnikova is a cinematographer born in Saint Petersburg in 1996. She completed a program at the Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia in 2012 and, in 2019, graduated from the Russian Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) with a five-year specialist degree in Cinematography.
Working primarily with analog film formats, Luda develops a visual language rooted in atmosphere, memory, and the physicality of light. Her work often explores the tension between observation and intimacy, combining precise visual composition with an experimental sensibility.
